Arhaven House Concerts is hosted by Joe and Bev Angel.  We  have been bringing musicians and music-loving audience members together in a warm, intimate LISTENING atmosphere for a decade. If you share our love of live music presented "up close and personal," we look forward to welcoming you into our community. 

Until the Covid19 pandemic is behind us, we will follow the guidelines found on our Home Page.  Please review them before you RSVP for a concert.

Arhaven House Concerts is located just east of Austin, Texas, about halfway between Austin Bergstrom Airport and Bastrop.  House concerts are on Sunday afternoons.  Use the form on our contact page to contact us for more information or to be added to our email list.

Our home is handicap accessible but we ask that you please let us know in advance if you use a wheel-chair so that we can be sure to save a close-up parking space for you and leave adequate aisle space when we set up chairs for the concert.  Note that out of deference to guests with allergies, our series is smoke-free, alcohol-free, and dog and cat-free.  Well-behaved youngsters ages 13 and over are welcome.  Coffee and lemonade will be provided as well as a snack during the break between sets.  

Attendance to the house concert is by invitation only.  RSVPs are required and are on a first-come, first-served basis.   Unless otherwise noted, a suggested minimum donation of $25/person is requested in advance to ensure we will have a seat for you.  If you need to cancel, give us at least a 48-hour notice and we will refund your money. The suggested minimum donation at the door is $30/person and we cannot ensure that there will be space available when you arrive.  100% of the proceeds go to the performer. The street address of Arhaven House Concerts will be emailed to those with confirmed reservations a few days in advance of  the concert.

A song circle will be held after each house concert.  All musicians are invited to bring their instruments and join in the song circle and everyone else is invited to stay and listen. We will provide a light dinner at no charge to all who choose to stay and enjoy the song circle.  You may bring beer and wine to enjoy during the song.
